- County Assessor and Collector’s Offices Move to New Location in Troy, MO
Troy, MO – The County Assessor (Real Estate and Personal Property) and County Collector’s offices have officially moved to their new location at 3 Front Street and 1 Front Street (respectively), Troy, MO 63379. The new location is easily identifiable by the Lincoln County Government Offices sign at the corner of Highway 47 and Front St.
The main floor of the new facility spans approximately 7,500 square feet. Upon entering the front doors, visitors will find County Collector Jessica Zumwalt’s private office immediately to the right. The main lobby is located straight ahead, offering a streamlined layout for residents. The Assessor's personal property counter is conveniently situated to the left within the lobby, while the Collector’s office counter is to the right. The lobby also provides access to public bathrooms at the far end and leads to the Real Estate Assessor's offices, including the office of County Assessor Kevin Bishop.
For added convenience, the County Collector’s office will have a single drive-up window for personal property and real estate tax payments. Both offices will benefit from significantly larger storage spaces for files and records.
The new building features recessed ceilings in the main lobby and is well-appointed with modern fixtures and furnishings throughout. The exterior offers ample public parking, ensuring ease of access during peak times.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this move may have caused,” officials stated. The move is aimed at improving services and providing a more efficient and accessible experience for the public.
