2025 ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Projects are in progress or planned to begin in 2025

ASPHALT OVERLAYS WILL BEGIN ON TUESDAY APRIL 15TH

2025 Asphalt Overlay Roads in no particular order:

  1. Birkhead Rd -- In Progress
  2. Bunker Hill Rd -- Completed
  3. Camp Charren Rd
  4. Fairview Church Rd
  5. Meier Rd (South of Brevator Rd) -- Completed
  6. Old Hwy E -- Completed
  7. Silex Elevator Rd -- Completed
  8. S. Ethlyn Rd
  9. Quarry Rd
  10. White Wildlife Rd -- Completed April 15th.
  11. Himmel Rd -- Late May Start
  12. Linns Mill Rd
  13. Old Hwy 79
  14. Gravens Rd -- Planned to start the week of May 19-22

2025 New Asphalt Roads:

  1. Quarry Rd (2 miles)
  2. Birkhead Rd (0.1 miles) -- completed
  3. Straube Rd (1600 feet) cost share project

2025 Asphalt Roads to be crack sealed and/or fog sealed:

  1. Roads are currently being rated to determine list.  

2025 Road Construction and large projects

  • S. Ridge Rd — replace narrow box culverts and other culverts
  • Kelch Rd -- replace narrow box culverts and other culverts
  • Beck Rd -- replace narrow box culverts and other culverts
  • Louisville Rd -- replace large diameter culverts
  • Blackmore Rd -- roadway improvements along gravel road section -- Summer/Fall 2025
  • Zoar Church Rd — Low Water Crossing replacement with Box Culvert————————–Late Summer/Early Fall Construction Date
  • Straube Rd -- roadway improvements -- In Progress
  • Patton Rd -- safety and roadway improvements -- In Progress
