Civil Process Division
The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office receives an average of 400 civil papers every month. These include Orders of Protection, Subpoenas, Summonses, and Garnishments.
Papers submitted for service must include payment upon receipt (check or money order) made payable to Lincoln County Sheriff.
If two or more papers are served at the same address with the same case number, there will be a charge per person served but only one mileage fee.
There is NO CHARGE for Orders of Protection.
Subpoena Service: $20.00 per person PLUS mileage
All Other Papers: $30.00 per person PLUS mileage
