Judicial Services Division
The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office Judicial Services Division is responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and integrity of court operations. This division is comprised of our Bailiffs, Court Liaison, and Civil Process Unit—each playing a critical role in supporting the justice system and serving the citizens of Lincoln County.
Bailiffs
Our Bailiffs are fully commissioned Deputies with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office. They are assigned to the courthouse, where they provide professional security and maintain order throughout all court proceedings. Bailiffs ensure the safety of judges, court staff, jurors, attorneys, and the public while overseeing inmate movements during hearings and trials.

Court Liaison
The Court Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office and the court system. Civil Process Unit
