Michael Mueller is a lifelong resident of Lincoln County, Missouri. He graduated from Troy High School in 1982 and grew up on the family farm in Old Monroe. He married his wife, Elaine, in 1991, and they have three children: Jenna, Mathew, and Halle. They are also proud grandparents to three grandchildren with a fourth expected to arrive in June. In his free time, he is an avid lover of baseball and hunting.

Elected to office in 2016, Mike serves as District 1 Associate Commissioner for Lincoln County. Driven by a desire to give back to the community that nurtured him, he actively seeks to improve the lives of his fellow residents. He is also a member of the Boonslick Regional Planning Commission Executive Board, where he contributes to regional development and planning initiatives.
